Shipping
Every order is inspected and securely packaged, then ships within 1–2 business days of payment, fully insured via FedEx or UPS with signature on delivery. In-stock: 3–5 business days. Custom / resizing: 7–15 business days to make. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it ships. International duties are the recipient’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
Within 30 days of delivery, unworn in-stock pieces complete with all accessories and certificate can be returned or exchanged. Not eligible: custom-sized, engraved, or altered items, and earrings (hygiene). Exchanges are free aside from price difference; non-defective returns, the buyer covers return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method within 3–5 business days. If a piece arrives with a flaw, contact us within 7 days — we’ll replace it or refund in full and cover shipping.
